Free Concert*

A musical concert featuring the poetry of W.B. Yeats and James Taylor, alongside poems submitted by artists from the DC metro area and around the globe.

Performances include: Helen Hayes award-winning actors Rick Foucheux, and Christopher Lane. Plus, Helen Hayes nominated performer and playwright Chris Stezin, acclaimed actor and host of WETA’s “If You Lived Here,” Ricardo Frederick Evans, Hamner Theater artistic director Boomie Pedersen, Grammy-recognized Chicago trumpeter Markus Rutz, and guitarist Richard C. Washer alongside his musical collaborator, pianist and Rose vocalist, Kathleen Manuel.

WHERE: The Bumper Car Pavilion at Historic Glen Echo Park in Bethesda, Maryland

TIME: Venue opens 6:30pm. Performance begins at 7:30pm.

ADMISSION: FREE - Open Seating

NOTE: This event will take place rain or shine.

OPEN SEATING! This is an open air pavilion. We’ll have regular chairs and wooden benches waiting for you or feel free to bring your own blanket and lawn chair.
